★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have to sum up my experience with Department of Design (DOD) in one sentence: Professional, creative designs and personalised service.
Though we did not see many reviews on DOD, but we were impressed with them from the moment we met the ID (Celine) for the shortlisting of IDs. They were able to quickly come up with designs that were in line with the vision of our dream home - modern, contemporary and cosy.
During renovation, even though there were some hiccups (as is expected of a project), DOD handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that any issues were rectified. As we were unfamiliar with the different aspects of renovation such as materials, lightings, etc, DOD was patient in answering our many questions and it was comforting to know that we could depend on DOD to provide the most cost efficient yet sturdy and quality products.
After renovation service was also done to check on our feedback to see if there was anything we needed, and DOD promptly assisted with. Really appreciated that - 2 thumbs up!
