My Dad bought a ceiling light from Posh Lighting in April 2020 before circuit breaker due to the previous one no longer working well so we decided to give LED light a go. Upon engaging Posh Lighting to get three mode Ceiling light which cost $115 with installation in total. Upon installed, the ceiling light had more than 5 problems within a year. My dad went back to the shop all the way from the west to Balestier to seek for help from their staff and was told to fix ourselves by adjusting the LED light. Gave them a call but number was always engaged so we couldn’t get through. WhatsApp also slow response or no response at all. Recently just managed to get in touch with a man by the name of Tony. Person was persistent of not coming down to help see what was the issue with the light and insisted that warranty only applies for a year, told him my dad went down to the shop to get help from them within the warranty period but ended up being asked to go home and rectify ourselves. I will highly NOT RECOMMEND this place as they asked us to pay for their transportation and workmanship. If their first workmanship wasn’t good in the first place when we first bought the light, who would want to pay extra to have them come fix the light again?

Good service and knowledge from Tony. Good variety of lights at reasonable price. High recommend to others.

Myself and my husband visited posh lighting to get our lighting sorted. Tony served us, he is really knowledgeable and gave us a lot of additional info which we didn't know. Helped us to make correct choices. On top of that he was really friendly! By far one of our most satisfied purchase for our future home. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Browsed lighting shops along Balestier, Geylang and finally decided to go ahead with Posh. A large factor goes to the fair pricing and we were served by Victor - honest, helpful, knowledgable, responsive and funny guy (as a plus point)! Wife and I definitely picked up useful house tips as new BTO owners. They have more than just lights - Fans, bathroom furniture and laundry rack systems! We did screw up an order thou; oops haha (choose wrong colour lightning cover) but Victor positively responded to us and offered a complimentary switch for us! Kudos to customer service!

attitude installer, after install my acorn dc 360 it shaking on low speed, installer took video and sent to shop and said will ask acorn contact me for. balancing, end up no news no sound for month, when Co tact they just said ask me contact acorn direct, ask for invoice as I bought via shopee, they refuse provide tax invoice and only provide shopee order receipt which not accept as proof of purchase too, good for the shop refuse issue tax invoice as they can save some bucks from iras tax too
