Lovely place and love the therapist Sue!!! Not sure about the current price package though.

Walk by many times, only 1 service provider. Either she said she is having her lunchtime or will say she is alone n appointments are full. Call for appointments also no answer. Paid for package , feel cheated with the payment. I will not recommend this store.

Many hidden charges, the staff always trying to find excuses to charge more. Their price is more expensive but service is not good, some staff even can’t communicate property. Be careful the greedy owner is cunning. She and her family got many different outlets in the mall. Do not go for their service.

They took a very long time to remove my extensions (2h+) and the new staff seemed very lost and unfriendly. The finish was also not good and service was also half-hearted.

Don't recommend this shop as staff are not experienced and pedicure is not properly done with all the dead skin still there and also injured my toes by scraping when removing the dead skin around the toes

originally called for particular staff to do my nails as she is very experienced. ended up getting assigned another staff and was not informed prior (they will call you to cfm appointment). this staff was new and handled my nails horribly. needed to remove my gel polish and she didnt even do a soak off! reason being it would take too much time???? proceeded to file and when she did so, she filed so hard it hurt. she kept doing this till i couldnt take it anymore and told her to please soak off first before filing it off. her shaping of my nails was also bad. when scraping underneath my toe nails for my pedicure, she went so deep in that it hurt too. very inexperienced. do not recommend. EDIT: texted the owner and asked for some sort if refund/compensation, owner js replied “sorry you are disappointed with our business” and doesn’t acknowledge the compensation part of my message. i then asked again fr compensation and she ignored LOL
