β β β β β Very rude service by lady with short black hair. We nicely asked if they are still open, and the lady, just said closed rudely without even looking up and we had to ask them twice, both times, nicely. And she responded to a louder "Closed", still without looking up. The other staff at the back looked sorry for her lack of service courtesy. So very rude!

β β β β β Their brown sugar fresh milk taste just like milk without the brown sugar. Open the lid and show them there's no brown sugar, they changed a new one and added but still taste like nothing.

β β β β β i ordered my milk tea on 21 april at night. The lady with short black hair and the lady with brown hair were very rude. I do understand that they are in a rush to close down but at least conveying the message to customers should be polite. Thanks.

β β β β β Ordered Milk Tea, Gave Milk green tea, when ordering staff confirmed if it was WHITE pearl and not golden pearl, I even went back and ask if they served wrong drink, still denied and said "its like that"

β β β β β Rude staff. Yelled at customer for adjusting face mask. Fine but standard is only set one way; just for customers.
Staff after collecting money and proceed to prepare drinks without washing her hands.
No gloves were worn at all times. Did not wash hands after touch money from customers! Bare hands collect money and same bare hands prepares drinks is what i observed. Yet super strict with customers for adjusting their mask. Double standard!
