Poshz Infinity Car Accessory - 2 Lor 10 Geylang

All staffs are not very friendly. Not skillful at all too. Attitude towards customers was very bad. Damage customer accessories while installation and mention that it had already damage before they installed. This is the 1st time and the last time I went there. No choice, min have to give 1 star, if can I oso wanna give this shop 0 star!

This work shop is the nitemare of my whole life. Just go to fix 1 alarm and they mess up the whole power steerling system. When they cannot solve and ask me go to their other work shop to check next day. The other workshop telling me if the power steering pump and rack faulty have to change the whole set around 4k plus. ? But they oso suspect is poshz cut wrong wire when fixing the alarm. With no choice the work shop ask me go back to poshz and ask them redo the wire again. In my heart think last nite they use 2 hr to solve oso cannot settle still Wan me go back again? I manage to drive to my reliable work shop and they help me troubleshoot the wire problem and really settle everything for me. Feed back from them is the wiring totally mess up and cut wrong wire to connect the alarm. For other good review maybe they nv mess up but for me this is the 1st time visit and oso last time. Please avoid this work shop.

Msg the installer and enquire about the installation of fog light. They replied w a picture saying they have done it before. They even requested deposit so they can proceed the parts. On day of installation, went down and told me it cannot be done. Return me deposit and I left disappointed. Wasted my time.

Read some horrible reviews about this place, but I decided to just try as there are some good reviews about it too. Tried calling the place. Person responding to the call appeared disinterested, saying that they were fully booked and not accepting walk-ins which is fine, but the voice sounded so sleepy and did not even try to look up to schedule me. Tried messaging for an appointment. Response was rather quick, prompt and to the point. Managed to get an appointment. That was great. On the day of the appointment I was about 10-15mins late and they were already attending to another car. I asked a staff there saying I had an earlier appointment and his response was like a retort and somewhat curt, "What you want to do?" Told him my purpose of appointment to which was met by a facial and body expression that tells me, "Aiyah not again...." and then straight went back to seeing videos on his handphone. No directing me to either wait for a while or politely telling me that since I was late they could not honour the appointment to which I would have respected. Waited for 10-15 mins, still no idea what was happening. Realised that they were too busy for my business and I left. Overall impression of the place was to put it mildly, not very customer oriented. Other reviews saying that staff appeared to have an attitude issue, I find to be true. My challenge to all prospective customers is to call the place up and evaluate the response yourself. One thing I wished that more workshops will have is their odd opening hours. I hope they can improve in future.

First time here. I ask for them to reconnect my reflector wires to my tail light. Simple job that was completed within 15mins. Overcharge me for $50, afterwhich was reduced to $40. Still very pricey for a simple wire job. I dont recommend my groups not to patronize their shop as well. Last time here ever.

Good service and workmanship to the team of poshz infinity. Very happy with my new android on my mercedes. Highly recommend! Will come back for more stuffs in future ?

▪️Great workmanship by these guys for recent legacy ignition key switch upgrade to push button start stop ignition switch cum remote control. Besides that re-engage these guys to do dummy alarm system on another day. ▪️Love to comment on workmanship installed replacement of head unit and dual dashcam which items supplied by me; just addon lump sum of labour costs. ▪️Pricing reasonable.
