★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were waiting for our turn but what we observed during 5 minutes of our wait put us off completely. One lady had her mask just dangling the whole time and talking to customers. The other lady took off the layer of plastic that's meant to soak customer feet to throw into the bin..her fingers touched the bin and the water in the plastic and all she did after was just wipe her hands dry on her skirt. Who knows how many times during the day she has done that. I surely would not want those fingers massaging my body. Especially during covid times, hygiene in this place seems really poor.
I gave it 2 stars since we didn't try the massage but if you want customers during covid times, you really have to step up on your level of hygiene.

Masseur Nana served me, and i immediately fall in love with her skills and her attitude that i keep coming back to find her every 2 weeks. she really helped me to ease my super backache and stiff shoulder. price reasonable. highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy! And the masseuse does not wash legs before massaging. He used a dry cloth to massage behind my knee area for it to only leave a burning sensation. We have to lay for a better smelling oil if we go for a neck or back massage. Not worth the money at all.

She then recommended a slightly expensive package (with foot & shoulder combination) When I rejected her offer, she started to make a snide remark about me to her colleague in Chinese. I understood every word she’s saying.
Service was extremely unpleasant, horrendous experience. My one hour foot massage was such a torture honestly I can’t wait for it to be over. It was rough, impatient, extremely uncomfortable all in one. I don’t recommend this place and I won’t come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible service here. It is not how it was used to be. The masseur who massaged my friend was wearing a glove and it was so irritating and uncomfortable to skin. The masseur who massaged me was on her phone for more than half an hour and both masseurs were not skillful on the job. Very horrible service. It's a no go from now.
