SG Bodycare - 103 Yishun Ring Rd

The staffs are always warm and welcoming. There was once I reached quite late in the evening nearing to 9pm but they still accepted my request for 2hr body and foot massage and didn't sound rush at all. I would strongly recommend this place.

Professional, friendly, experienced and warm welcoming staff. A place to go for my body massage and foot reflexology. My favourite massuers who usually does a superb and splendid good job, to name a few of them, i.e. APIN, DIN, SITI, ROSE & ELLA. Not forgotten AWANG who has went back to JB. AMY the receptionist was accommodating when sometimes I need a last minute massage due to my back pain or sore feet. 2hrs of body massage or 1.5hr of foot massage which u feel relax after your body or feet is tensed. Thank you SG Body for your professionalism. Need to make reservation early as these favorite masseurs' of mine are always fully booked!!

a masseuse named Yaya, actually told her customer to massage herself if she felt that her massage is unsatisfactory. 2nd, challenged the customer to change the masseuse if dislike her service.3rd, was engrossed with her hp and didnt even direct her customer to the room.client had to guess which rm she's supposed to go.4th , can you pls just focus on massage and making your customer relaxed instead of being argumentative, creating a tensed atmosphere during the session? worst masseuse we have ever met of all visits there.and not all customers who go there are clueless of massage techniques.so bloody arrogant and bad bad bad attitude and mannerism!

Just had a good relaxing massage from Massue Ella. She shared good tips of body wellness too. It really makes my body ache gone. Keep up the good work Ella. I will be seeing you soon.

The worst spa ever , the china receptionist and Masseurs was very rude to customer.especially the masseur massage with 0% skills What a disappointment ,I would not recommend you all to come here .such a bad experience.. P.s still wondering how are they qualified to be a receiptionist and masseurs .what a shame

IF There is a minus 5 stars options i WILL give that!! @3rd tue May 2022, got a very bad terribly experience with that female therapist Name Chen chen or 辰辰 whatever it is. At 1st i do not want to do a bad review bout  her thru Google review but this morming my neck turn up more painful after she snap on my T1 (that come after C7). As above mentions date i was there to hope reduce my lower back pain, the moment when she start to 开背 , she was like rubbing cloth on my back or like doing  laundry by hand, when start to massage on the  neck area she keeping pressing on my bone and do a snapping  on my  T1 with force not one but twice, it cause me huge pain and i immediately ask her to stop doing that on my neck. Next and  when she message my shoulder blade and she keeping pressing on the pressure point called天宗穴 with force agian，this pressure was one of the most sensitive point on our body, as a professional  therparist should know how to handler it。and i request to change other therparist after Less then 10 minutes,  so chen chen went to counter to inform the female cashier , funny is that the cashier asked me: BOSS u want to change ar? But now all therparist are busy or u want to come back one hour later? I replied if you really dont have one then just continue with the same therparist  lor,  one time is enough!  But she manage to get another for me at last, what i like to mentions the cashier? Because  in the spa shop when there is no manager appointed so the cashier job duty would just like a manager, where is your customers service ? In this service line When your customer request to change a therparist dont you need to find out why and how to handle to such situations? Even when i walked out the shop after the whole 60 minutes session she just dont care at all not even asking how everything going on and so on! Please wake up SG bodycare! Your staff gave your company a very lousy images and very unprofessional skill levels and i mask zero %  skill for the therparist Chen  Chen as  the cashier she need to know what is services line!  till now my neck are still in pain! At last i wonder do your company do miantance and updating your Cashier or manager CS and therparist skill levels? What a disappointing experience @ SG BODYCARE SPA

Come to try their 1hr foot and 1hr body massage as I saw positive rating from google map. However I am really disappointed. During the 1hr of foot reflexology, 99% of the time the masseur only focus on watching the tv and chatting instead of massaging(as seen in the pic) . Multiple times, She suddenly stop massaging halfway with her hand on my foot and eyes on tv. In addition she just use her fist to rub instead of pressing on reflexology points. The masseur was rude too. I have a flyers in my paper bag, she just take out and read without asking me. Luckily it’s just a flyers, what if it’s some important documents?

This SPA has many experienced masseuse. I’m a regular customer there . It has solved many of my body aching places and particularly my vertigo problems which I had for past few years . Seeking professional doctors advised me to go for scanning which might cost thousands , just for scanning only . Diagnosis and medicine still not included .Due to the expensive cost , I was made obedient and humble myself to listen to my friends and went to this Sg Body just to try out . After couple of months , it got lesser and lesser then finally it got removed completely. Thumbs up and Kudos to this masseur by the name of Lina . She did a good job for me . ??
