β β β β β Very helpful reception staff, and specially the short haired Indian lady, who went out of the way to help and comfort me during an emergency. Dr. Shanty herself is very patient, makes patients feel very comfortable and reassured. I had to visit frequently in a short span of time, and was always welcomed with a smile. Thank you all!

β β β β β Dr. Shanty diagnose so far has been on point. I'm grateful for her when she diagnose me having sensitive nose (sinus reaction) and prescribed me meds instead of flu meds which other doctors gave to me for a month. Also I went back to her when I have ear infection which other clinic unable to resolve (gotten worse and I lose my hearing after 3 days of medication from initial clinic). Thank you Dr. Shanty. :)

β β β β β The clinic staff jessica is extremely friendly, helpful and approachable.
I fell from my bicycle on yesterday and bleeding conditions on my right knee, the clinic staff were patient & helpful in helping me to clean my wounds and applied dressing on my injured knee. Thereafter then we went on to resolve the administrative part on the company medical insurance process.

β β β β β I come to visit doctor at Sunday, i wait for around 3hours after register.
Morning I try to call in for book appointment to visit, staff said not need can direct walk in.
I reached the clinic register around 9:30am then I ask the staff around need to wait how long, the staff said around 1hour.
But until now 12:30pm already after 3hrs Iβm still waiting.
Waiting time itβs too long and why to accept the appointment to reduce the patient waiting time?

Lousy receptionist.
Came to wait early before opening time. Ended up getting seen an hour later. Not sure why they were seeing other ppl who were not following the queue.

β β β β β The long waiting time to reach the doctor made me feel worst... visited the clinic on Sunday, registered at 920am and still yet to get to my turn at 1205pm... Coughing vigorously and having bad sorethroat, start feeling nausea after the long waiting time... :(
