I had a terrible experience at this clinic for medical check-up. Dr Tan tried to draw blood from the left arm. It was painful as the needle was big and he switched the direction of the needle 3 times under the skin. The attempt was unsuccessful and he claimed that it was due to my small veins. Since a Dr said so, I thought maybe it really was the case (though I never had such issue throughout my medical check-up experiences at other places). So, I let him try on my right arm. He asked me to squeeze the stress ball and then rubbed the alcohol swab till my skin was red. He kept saying that my veins were so small that he could not find and aiming the needle tip here and there near my skin (like in horror movie). This episode went on and on for like 4-5 minutes till my right hand was tried as I was asked to squeeze the stress ball and not to let it go. After inserting the needle, he moved it under the skin again and could not draw blood successfully again. After that, I told him that I did not wish to proceed with this medical check-up.
