★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady said I can get a refund when I return the item within a week with a receipt when I had my initial purchase. I went back after 6 days to get it and they said the store only accepts exchanges.
I went to exchange the item in the same price (painful experienece) and asked if there is a new one for a displayed item. They told me they don't have the item anymore. I asked for another item displayed and they told me IT IS THEIR STOCK PILED AND NOT FOR SALE. WHO KEEPS THEIR ITEMS IN THE STORE FRONT ON DISPLAY FOR STOCKED ITEMS? When asked when they are going to sell the item, the sales lady indifferently pointed out that she does not "know" and up to management to decide. I ended up purchasing an item that I didn't really like.
