★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This money changer offers nothing but the lousiest rates in Singapore (for euros, at least), and dishonesty too. I was short-changed by the rude service staff, who unapologetically retorted that he "maybe keyed in the wrong rate". One may visit a plethora of money changers on Orchard Road - at ION etc. just don't go to this one.

Pretty standard experience. Not sure why they got so much negative reviews.

There was no sign to say about lousy rates for $200. Rubbish. Comment was written a few years ago before covid-19 but editing it has moved the date.
