I can't believe how non-existent the level of customer service is here. I am offended and upset beyond words. Bought a dress and upon first wear it gave me severe rashes. I went back to ask for an exchange or a course of action but this was what happened: 1) Staff were unempathetic. Kept harping that as long as it's worn, nothing can be done to address this. 2) The higher management refused to speak with me personally. The exact words of the staff: "My boss doesn't want to speak to you. She has asked me to tell you that nothing can be done." 3) The whole idea of allergy did not and was not addressed. The ONLY thing the staff harped on was that the dress, once worn, cannot be resold. Out of the above, the most bewildering and offending thing I heard was probably 2). This is the first time a higher management has refused to speak with a customer over a customer's concern. If this was a Change of mind on my part, or a wrong sizing bought due to my own negligence, I would perfectly understand. But this was an ALLERGY. I've worn so many clothes but this is the FIRST time I've ever gotten such a bad reaction. It points to the subpar or questionable quality of the fabric used. It is therefore a matter of grave concern. What would push them to address this suitably? When a buyer lands herself in a severe skin condition? Yet the management refuses to address this or provide an alternative recourse for the customer. This is truly unbelievable. They may have earned 40$ but they have lost a customer. I will NEVER patronise Runway Bandits or recommend this to anyone. Edited to add: I'd like to add that I wasn't rude (though I was firm and insistent). I even came all the way down with a baby in tow. I just don't understand how a customer with a legitimate (health) concern can be turned away like that.

Really love this brand but I think you guys should focus on building a better team of staff members over at the plaza sing outlet. Last year, I had the same terrible experience where I felt so uncomfortable and felt like I was being judged by the staff. And last Thursday, I experienced the same thing yet again! The staff members were busy chatting and weren’t helpful at all. It seemed as though they didn’t want me there and I felt like I was being judged by one of them. Terrible terrible service and attitude. Never coming back!

Excellent customer service at the Plaza Singapura store tonight. I went by tonight to try on and purchase a dress, the two staffs were very patient and helpful in answering my queries and locating the clothings that I wanted to try on even though they were very busy with stocks.

Service standards have not improved since the last 3 visits I’ve made over the last ~5 years. Pop over to some of their competitors’ store just around them, and you’ll notice the difference in service standards.

The clothes have started looking like they were designed by someone who hates women and wants them to look ugly. The customer service is kind of snarky. Rather than listening, feels like they enjoy putting you down. Kind of a terrible company right now imo, hope they die off soon.

Staff were helpful & polite, unlike how some of the reviews described. It was a busy Friday evening last week but they were around to assist. Was informed apologetically that white tops are not allowed to be tried on & totally understand. While queueing to pay, a staff came to help me find a new piece though that was the last after she went to the store as well as checked again on her POS.

Service levels are ok compared to what I read in the other reviews. Went on a weekend and they were quite helpful with promos and try ons. Only issue was that the clothes all fur really easy. The new piece brought out had furrings, and the display piece was worst. Don’t think polyester is meant to be like that. Sewing is quite tight knitted but a few weird overlapping threads here and there. Chose to accept the new piece with the weird sewing and mild furring cos I really wanted the item. The display piece had a lot worst furring. Really not sure why a material like this would fur. Hopefully the company can look into better QC for products.
