Got my spectacles and contact lenses from them for many years! I am always greeted by their great hospitality and both Patrick and Linda are very professional in the field. When we walked into Precision Optics in late Nov 2019, we had three options in mind - To seek help to fix the broken bridge of my favourite 3-year old Lindberg frame and continue with it; replace a new pair of Zeiss progressive lenses for my faithful 4-year old Kazuo Kawasaki spare frame, or simply order a brand new pair to stay on trend. To my surprise, instead of a quick "Nope, we don't do repair, how about a new one?" often heard from most optical shops, Patrick carefully examined the crack and instantly offered me the least expensive option - to fix the cracked bridge with epoxy. He mention nothing about his new products on the display shelves. My wife and I had a quick 2-second eye contact because we knew we had came into the right shop talking to a helpful and reliable optometrist. In addition to the congenial atmosphere, Patrick and Linda were able to empathise with customers especially those suffering from cataract. They gave frank opinion and only recommend what you actually need. Above all, what impressed us most was Patrick's willingness to walk the extra mile to pick up loose ends left by other irresponsible optical shop. While handed the old frame for Patrick to repair, I skipped my second option and ordered a brand new Lindberg & Zeiss in return for his kindness.

I need new contract lens. So I found precision optics on google. They only accept walk in. When I showed up on a weekday late afternoon, there's no waiting at all. Patrick is super nice, very patient and informative. Couldn't be happier. Strongly recommended.

The best opticians I have ever met. Fabulous customer service, excellent testing facility, decent range of specs, but most importantly - fabulous people. My son broke his specs 30 mins before closing time, and they were flexible enough to let me come in and had a spare ready, so popped the glasses and had us on our way in 5 mins. I will not go anywhere else after this experience.

Patrick is professional, attentive, and friendly. My son got his first eye test and his first pair of glasses here. He loves it!

I had a consultation with Linda to have my eyesight checked and it was the most comprehensive check I've ever had. She was very attentive, patient and thorough during the consultation and even helped me to choose a frame that suited my face. She was spot on with my prescription and I have been seeing everything clearly and perfectly ever since. No issues with my glasses at all. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, Linda!
