โ โ โ โ โ Studio cancelled jumping fitness class at very short notice(1.5hrs before start of class) without informing people who made reservations. Wasted time making my way to the studio. Excuse given was feeble...an email was sent 1.5 hrs before start of class about the class cancellation. Who reads email instantaneously these days ?
Studio is obviously run by amateurs without any regard for customers. So you cancel a class 2 hours before it is due to start ? If the sign-ups for the class is low, shouldn't you make the decision to cancel the class the day/night before and inform people who registered so that they are make alternative fitness arrangements? Any decent fitness studio on ClassPass will do that.
