2 STRONG BIG thumbs up! Wayne is an all rounder professional personal trainer for over 20 solid years of knowledge and experience in fitness, health and nutritional guidance. Beside his tireless and attentive workout sessions at this cosy gym, he has also been closely monitoring and guiding me on diet and working with me on critical areas like glucose control, water intake, stress management, sleep quality, heart rate, blood pressure etc. I have seen myself transforming, both internally and externally, into a new, fresh, fit and healthy person and continuously driving towards new goals with him. Concurrently I also successfully got out from over 10+ years of precribed diabetes and cholesterol medication with a clean bill of health evidenced from medical exams. Wayne has also been unselfishly sharing his in depth knowledge and rich experiences on a variety of fitness and nutritional topics which broaden my understanding of how my body system works and be able to address issues very timely.
