As mine was an early morning slot, they came earlier and waited downstairs and only knock my doors at the appointment time so not to put pressure on my family and me on getting ready early in the morning. That was really very thoughtful indeed. And the way they packed the items gives you assurance that they know their job well. Overall it was a great and fun experience engaging them. Will engaged their service again if needed to move anything next time.

You can see from the way they wrap the items then loading them into the truck, they do take pride in their work! Having used a different company before, I can now see how it is possible to provide good quality of packing & transportation. And when moving into new place, they are very careful on the surroundings and meticulous with furniture. Keep up the good work team!

Our condo does not allow moving in after 12:30pm on our moving day. Despite having a truck break down on the moving day, Sebastian found a way to schedule a replacement truck to meet the tight schedule. The staff were polite and professional. Furnitures were dismantled, wrapped and reassembled on the destination. Overall, we are very happy and would recommend Prime Mover to anyone.

On actual day, they communicated with me on the time they will arrive. They came and all packed so well and professionally in about 2 hours + -. Sent all boxes to my new place, helped us fix everything that needed to be fixed like beds and even dismantled my treadmill and fixed it well and good ? Collected the boxes after 2 weeks on the same day once I informed them I am done. I really must say, if you are moving and want a hassle free without damages and losing your items, it's the Prime Mover SG team you should look for. Good job guys, keep up the good work and will really recommend you to anyone I know who is moving.
