Good supply for fruits and groceries. I could find sichuan peppercorn. At the right time there is some good meat supply however they don't have beef cuts and I once bought fish that wasn't well scaled. Overall, I like the clean presentation of raw foods.

Quite small but happy that I could find what I was looking for - fishballs with roe - and a few other gems. Pleasantly surprised. The prices are lower than ntuc or sheng siong.

Poor cashier staff at the self checkout( the one with blonde hair on 20 Nov around 11am)especially the senior staff by the name Alice, when my mother asked for the help. Her reply was do it yourself, no one was going to help you. And the machine accepted cards.If you don't know how to use it, go and join the q. Her voice was loud and my mother was embrassed. They will just packing chillies and chatting. The cashiers q was long and was going to rain and she had to cross the road without umbrella. How the company train the staffs. Without customers buying will they still be there. Even the manager at that store had the same attitude. Shame on her and that staff. This is not the first time for Alice with that of kind attitude.

Super rude retail assistant! Talking behind customer in Chinese not knowing that customer understand Chinese! Do not consider shopping of buying ur groceries at this minimart. Very rude people

Cashier lady is always chatting loudly. The ambience is always negative due to her loud tone of voice to all customers. There is no greetings and no appreciation on every customers during payment. It is poor standard from counter lady on giving customer satisfactory. Doesn't feel to want to go back to purchase

There is a short hair plump lady who is extremely rude the way she talk to customers everytime,I go to your super market everyday,I saw the way she talk to others is very rude and today it happened to me,please advise your staff on customer service n politeness or remove her from the counter,it's very frustrating to go buy things but still be told off and rude towards us.

Pork & Seafood counter ok, but 90% experiences with cashiers lousy. Most of the cashiers in this outlet are without basic customer service skill and very defensive, I don't know why? This morn apparently there were problems with credit card transaction cos I heard one cashier talking very loudly abt the issue with another. When my turn to make payment, I was told by a short hair cashier in a not so friendly manner to check my transaction..I was like..am I cashier? So I told her she check, not me, she started to blah blah blah about the machine facing me whatnot...why? My problem? Should I also offer help to count the money in her cash box for her? Once many months back I tried to reason with one cashier at the self checkout counter for scolding an elderly lady who asked for help while trying to use the self checkout counter, but of course after that I gave up cos the cashier was so defensive and felt that she was not wrong in the wrong. Management ought to do something before all your customers get chased away
