This was my second time visit. Dr Gan is a caring, kind doctor. She asked me to do a blood test, and called back to ask how it went. She's one of the best doctor i have seen. I highly recommend W Medical.

Dr Gan is one of the best GPs I've ever come across. She is genuine, caring, and very patient and detailed in explaining her diagnosis and medication. I most recently had to take my son to see her after he had a bad allergic reaction. As I had visited before, I knew he would be in good hands and I was not disappointed. Thank you Dr Gan and W Medical staff for providing a consistently pleasant experience.

I love how Dr Gan rendered her outmost sincere assistance to my child. She was kind, warm and gentle when she's doing her check on my child. She assisted to call for an ambulance and assisted us to the last bits of our time with her. We are thankful for her kindness and generosity. Thank You Dr Gan!!! And to the friendly receptionist, Ms Nasuha. She was also a service excellence staff as she assisted us in the registration. She explained everything clearly and answered queries very well. Dr Gan is very professional in her job and take everything seriously everytime she review our checkup report and test. It same goes for the staff Ms Nus who is very helpful and kind whenever you have some queries. Highly recommended to everyone for medical checkup or others. The clinic is clean and hygiene with well maintained.

My brother had gone for a surgical procedure for a cyst the day prior to seeing Dr Gan. He was told to get his dressing done daily at a GP and to his misfortune, he had to decide on W Medical. Dr Gan was unprofessional in her handling of the process and assessment of the condition where she had exclaimed that the wound is infected. The chances of this being so are very low considering the initial procedure was done at NUH and just less than 24hrs prior. Dr Gan had used words such as "Scary", "This is going to hurt alot", "This is so bad" amongst many other unnecessary gestures such as resting the tools and tool platter on the patient's abdomen while attempting to dress. In the end, she was unable to complete the procedure citing reasons such as it's complexity and that she does not know how to do the kind of dressing (Ribbon Gauze). Eventually she referred him to a specialist and told him to get there asap which he did and the assessment was that there was no infection. The specialist even mentioned that this is absolutely normal. I don't know how the reviews are so good but I am assuming that W Medical is more equipped and able to handle regular issues such as the cold, acne and so on. I am unbiased so I also have to say the Dr is a decently pleasant human being . In the end Google Reviews are meant to be honest opinions and sharing of one's experience. This is my 2 cents worth of the situation that my brother had faced. Thanks!

Dr Gan is absolutely one of the best doctor that I ever come across, in terms of her professionalism, attentiveness and patience. I knew Dr Gan from my sibling, who had highly recommended W medical to me based on his experience with Dr Gan. Now, Dr Gan has become my regular GP. I have been visiting Dr Gan many times as and when there’s health issue on my own or kids. Dr Gan is reliable, attentive and always give constructive advice whenever we have questions. She is very detailed too which we really appreciate. On the other hand, I also appreciate the friendly receptionist, she is very helpful and cheerful, whenever I call in for enquiries or making appointment she always try her best to answer and help. Recently when I brought my boy to the clinic, his fever suddenly shoot up with seizure and eventually fainted in the clinic. I was so devastated and worried at that point of time. I would like to thank Dr Gan for her swift response to check on him and at the same time to engage the ambulance as soon as possible, my boy was able to get to hospital immediately. He has now recovered and is safe and sound. Dr Gan went extra mile to concern about our boy’s recovery which I and my husband really appreciate as parents.
