I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for her birthday and provided the address and both her and my phone numbers in case they needed to get in touch. I initially got an email telling me the delivery was successful but the flowers were never delivered, and a number of days later they send an email saying the driver was new and got lost! From what I can see no real attempt was made to deliver them. They are now refusing to refund me despite them admitting fault. Furthermore customer service is as poor as the delivery guy. Avoid these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve put an end to my many years of bouquet hunting after I found Prince’s Flower Shops. I’m sure many sorcery are performed to ensure the many roses are presented remarkably to my wife without fail 3x per year. Every bouquets along the years never fail to accompany a certain heart warming unspoken message that says “We got you buddy!”
Definitely a dedicated artisanal team who are into curating the finest blooms in Singapore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never heard of this florist but chanced upon them online and decided to try them out by placing three orders with them at one go. They rose to the occasion with aplomb. The first order of a wreath was magnificently done. The second order of a bouquet of 50 stalks of tulips was so splendid that the recipient's Husband labelled the bouquet as " spoil market". The third order of a bouquet of purple roses was sweet and delighted the birthday gal. I like the selection of the flowers and the colours that they use. Will definitely engage the service of Prince's Flower Shop in the near future again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been ordering flowers from Prince's since 2011 and i have been happy with their quality and service for the past decade. Bought flowers for delivery yesterday and the bouquet was beautiful. Service is great and the flowers looks better than the photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my most fav nurseries out of many i’ve explored in SG. it’s conveniently located near bukit panjang mrt. above all, the prices are reasonable (esp various types of soil mix, fertilizers, pesticides & pots). i’ve bought many plants here; on my lucky days i managed to buy a few rare caladiums and begonias! ?
