Shop owns by a lady boss and her family members will help to assist her. Shop has been in the estate since the 90s (I supposed) and business is thriving partly due to almost no or little competition. Unethical business methods. Plants/flowers are withering and yet dare to sell to the public. There is no standard to the pricing of flowers (different customers are charged differently for the same item and at the same time). Terrible attitude from most of the family members that are helping out in the florist. The lady boss is the worst! Perhaps they are earning big money and not willing to deal the business so tend to give out negative vibe to customers. To be fair, personally, I thought the more polite and kinder members will be the lady boss’s eldest sister and father. Weekend morning there is a man (I supposed is brother-in-law) will help to set up the stall. When customers want to buy items, he will reluctantly take the items and shove it at customers. Many times foul mood and talking to customers rudely. Don’t seem to want to deal the business. Many people have commented about their terrible attitude and business antics. Someone had remarked that even the nephew was nasty to customers. Once there was an old lady asking the pricing of the flowers, perhaps due to poor hearing, the old lady asked the same questions a few times. The inpatient young chap just rolled his eyes at her. Just a few cents worth of thoughts.
