★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the four outlets (the others being causeway point, jurong point and westgate - our westies must be thrilled ?) which serve chocolate hazelnut icecream! Chocolate hazelnut tastes funky. There was a tangy, nutty and a cardboard flavour to it. Texture was on point though. Extremely creamy and dense. Service was above average and the server gave an acceptable portion of toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t provide cap or even another cup to cover my ice cream to bring home as I’m fasting. Need to repeat myself multiple times to the staff as they couldn’t hear properly. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t visit this branch anymore.

It is a little expensive but it’s worth for the quality service they offer. The white chocolate drizzle on the red velvety froyo makes it even more delicious. The strawberry boba I picked pops in my mouth. I must say the staff here is gods. Overall, I recommend this awesome place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fruit I chose was spoiled so I nicely told the staff at the counter about it and asked her to change the fruit so that other customers don’t experience as me. But she didn’t even bother saying a word to me not even sorry. I had to throw my yogurt because it tasted like spoiled fruit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really bad experience today at the store. The staff was quite mean to us. We ordered frozen yoghurt. The staff did not inform us that the shop is closing soon and accepted the payment. So we sat down to have the yoghurt , placing all our plastic bags on the side. Almost immediately as we sat down to eat the yoghurt , the staff came and informed that they are closed expecting us to get out. When we asked , but we just ordered from you, the staff just shook her head and wanted us to get out. .
Never again to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my kid out the day before. Dropping by and indulging the yogurt really made us enjoy our day. It was delicious! The staff wqs generous with the toppings as well. Kudos to the staff wani,she was warm and welcoming. thank you!
