★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big lady with tattoos on the right arm, did my gf nails, was really rough with her fingers and hurt her, and had dust and lints in all her nails. Kept rushing and just a bad attitude, with really loud mandarin shoutings from coworkers.

JUST DONT.
Treats you like a princess before you sign any package and right after you do, treat you like dirt. Service staff hired by them are horrible. Totally unprofessional, loud and disrespectful towards customers. Speaks in their own language to badmouth about other customers and calling them hassle when they make any amendments or changes to their booking schedule/packages etc. I think you will derive more joy by doing it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like The Princess Room. They give a great pedicure and are always friendly! It’s located in the West Mall which is small but never too crowded. Sometimes I can get a walk-in appointment but it’s best to call in advance. The salon can only seat about 3-4 persons right now due to social distancing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite outrageous for normal coloured nail $38 and gel is x2 which is $76.
Additional charge for base and top coat??? Usually price for gel is around 10-20$ difference from normal and the top and base coat alr inclusive lol. They also plucked my toe cuticle a little harsh now my toe swollen look like red guy from among us. It’s on me for just trusting any shop I see so, lesson learnt I guess, not coming back anymore. If you go after reading this and u have a bad experience it’s on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with them forfeiting my balance packages 8 times of services expired . Even after 20+ years of customer with thousand of dollars spent on their services . Every time support them , when staff pushing us to buy big packages . And yet now they expired our balance services . Wasted all my money. Family got Covid , being responsible so didn’t want to infect others .Didn’t want to extend .
