β β β β β Showed a photo of a haircut I wanted, end up looking like a man's cut. The lady stylist used razor and start shaving the sides of my hair, ends up uneven and there was a patch tat she shave off too much till it looks like a whole there.

β β β β β Literal gamble to cut ur hair there, went to get my hair cut there and turned out to be a nightmare. used to be a frequent customer here but recently met a hairdresser who didnβt even know how to cut hair properly and messed up my hair really badly. Go here at ur own risk. Never coming back here again

β β β β β Saw some reviews before going and was abit worried but I had a good experience, maybe I was just lucky. I brought my 1yo lo for a haircut and he was fussing and moving around, the lady who cut his hair was so patient with him and keeps trying to cheer him up or entertain him. Thereβs no seat specially for kids tho, they just added a booster seat, and it costs $12. Unlike some other branches with special seat and entertainment kids, Iβll have to use my own means/phone as a source of distraction.

β β β β β Haircuts are priced at $12 with air vacuum. Normally busy with a wait, and despite the 5 cutting stations, there are only usually less than 3 stylist available.

β β β β β Thereβs this hairstylist auntie who has blonde pixie cut , I didnβt take note of her name tag as I was rushing home , she did an exceptional job and delivered the hair cut as what I wanted , I asked for a shoulder length hair cut and some layers , during the haircut , she was very patient and asked about how my hair and we talked a little , overall it was a very pleasant and she definitely made my day β€οΈ

β β β β β There is this fat and tall lady (not sure what her name is) who is rude to customers. When I entered the salon, the ticketing machine was spoilt and she barked at me to just sit down as if my presence was irritating her. Then she handed out a card and barked again "ι±ζ₯!β to me and another customer who was already seated. At least have the decency to be polite to customers and ask properly. Not sure how EC House trains its employees these days. I thought it's a Japanese company? Worse than Malaysian standard. Not visiting again.
