Called in on 10/01/19 to check on the rates and was told it was 10,300.00 Indonesian Rupiah fair enough while other places in boon lay and jurong point are quoting me at least 10,400.00 Indonesian Rupiah. Went there in the evening and was about to change my 2500 Singapore Dollar but he told me rates went down to 10,200.00 Indonesian Rupiah. In the end went to Boon Lay Market to change mine and guess what got it at even better rate of 10,450.00 Indonesian Rupiah. In future i wont patronize your shop ever again so as wont be dealing with gimmicks like you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to exchange a relatively small amount to INR~300 SGD. The board showed exchange rate of 54.5. However I only got an exchange rate of 54. The actual exchange rate today is 56. Upon asking the cashier said the board has not been updated and immediately blacked it out. Not good at all.
