It's difficult to find a cheap, open on Sundays, and nearer to home for huge quantity documents printing .?? I might visit again if there's any printing services in the future.

Real Lifesaver. Have been visiting them since poly days. Always had a love hate relationship with them due to their erratic hours, but today I can finally understand why they have such hours. Needed to print a presentation and proposal report for my client that was at 9 am. The night before at 9.55pm, we finally managed to finish up our slides and proposal but our company did not know where to go. I decided to try my luck calling Print Studio. Max answered and lo and behold, he agreed to stay on to wait for us to head over. We managed to arrive at 1045pm and we still had many last minute changes to make. We finished printing at 620am. A good 8 hours, throughout the night spent there printing. He was extremely patient and nice with us. No complaints, no sulky face, just smiles, jokes and their shop is stocked full of snack and drinks which were offered at no extra charge. Extremely wonderful. Thanks to him, we clinched the deal and can finally put our anxiety to rest. Thanks Max!

Highly recommended! I called for an urgent printing and they were able to immediately assist. He even took a picture of the printing and sent to me to make sure it was ok. Efficient and customer centric.

The place is supposed to be open the whole day. I was turned away in the middle of the day by the person working there, even though I needed an urgent printout. Apparently they have lunch from 3pm to 4pm. Seems like they don't care about customers enough. Check out the opening hours and then the handwritten note saying "Back at 4pm". Added comments post the response below: Its good that you care enough to respond to an upset customer, even though it was to tell me how I am wrong. Kudos to you. A point to add - I had called your shop before coming and was told it was open. No one said it would be closed for lunch. Perhaps you should check your call records just like you checked your CCTV. "If your print was that urgent, you should have printed it by the time you arrived at our premises." - Thanks for dictating when I should have printed. :). I certainly would have printed immediately, had there been any communication that made it clear that your shop is not open the whole day, or that it would be closed shortly. Having a sign that proudly proclaims the shop being open the whole day and then randomly closing it is misleading. Now that you mention that someone came in at 3.29pm makes it even worse for me. This means that not only did I not get my printouts, but I was misled into thinking that I had to wait for an hour before I could get my print when the real wait time was half of that. I couldn't wait an hour and had to make alternate arrangements. So total waste of a trip to your place after confirming on phone that you were open. A further scan of your old CCTV records would also indicate that I had come in before - and was given some excellent service. Perhaps its my fault for holding you to a high bar. Cheers.

Despite having to reprint a few times because my item I wanted to print was an odd double sided file and it hard to match the accuracy, the printer shop guy was really patient and helped me even with my folding and making sure it was accurate. Honestly I feel like if I went to other print shops, they would have rejected my file or scolded me because of how hard it was to make it accurate. So thank you so much! It was affordable as well despite the handy work and the amount times I had to reprint too. Thank you!

When I called the store, I felt that he was irritated by the call when I made some enquires. When I got there, the person did not seem welcoming and showed a frowning face when I had requests. I managed to get what I need and he did thank me at the end of the visit. I felt the customer service could have been more professional.

Not my first time here. Very unpredictable hours, even though they claim to have normal shop hours. Came here to print travel docs (just 2 pages) but got turned away even though the shop was opened. No other print shop in the near vicinity. Better to call ahead because might be closed to public to work on their side projects. Heard the owners changed, so maybe this is a transitional period.

I went there only to print an A3 sized card. The store owner was very nice - he kindly recommended me the types of paper I could use, and also helped me with ensuring that the card looked nice:-) Thank you for your patience and professionalism in ensuring that I got my item well done, though I was quite anything goes about it! :)
