★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist is very rude when answering to my queries. Appointment has to be made using old school method of recording it with a book!? Was even asked to keep track of my own appointment so that I can call the clinic up to make my own appointment when the date given by the Dentist is nearer. I thought this was suppose to be their work? Their answer is they afraid that they will forget to call me up. Ridiculous.
Overall, the service provided was not a pleasant experience especially the one with the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here discuss about their patients in earshot of other patients. Appointment timings are not adhered to. Waiting time is atrocious. Staff constantly walk around the dental office like headless chickens. Receptionist are also rude. They also don't put on their masks properly while talking to people.
If you value your privacy and time, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady dentist who helped me with my braces is the most genuine I've ever encountered. While I do agree that waiting time can be improved, she will always reassure me when she sees me waiting and apologise when it comes to my turn. She's not perfect but she does her best with heart and that's why I keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have protruding teeth and after doing my braces at Pristine with Dr Sharifah 11 years ago, it was truly the best decision of my life. I am now more confident to wear my smile now thanks to it. I have also been counting on them to do my regular cleaning and polishing to keep my teeth white. Thank you Dr Sharifah and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for dental works - friendly staff, nurses and doctors, reasonable pricing. They will explain what needs to be done so that you can make informed decision. Waiting time can be longer sometimes but this is because they are really working hard to serve as many patients as possible, as well as handle emergency cases. Truly great team!

Doctor provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
