โ โ โ โ โ It's supposed to be my 3rd annual check-up with the same clinic, 5star for the dentists but 2 stars for the front desk lady. A little disappointed with her service called in to check for availability to make an appointment. Impatiently answer no, no, no with giving no alternative dates and she seems to be in a hurry. Asking for a mobile number saying "I will call back" in a harsh manner. I mean if you are busy attending to something please do not answer the call as this will create the worst experience for the customer. Poor service!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Sally zhou is very good and never feel any pain.
She also easy to talk with and explain to me clearly the procedure. She also a friendly.
The assistant Ms Cherry is so friendly, she really take good care of me inside the clinic room.
We will recommend you all (clinic) to our friends and relatives. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best dentist from whom I got treated so far. Appointment, 1st time receiption, assistance, closure are all pleasant. I thought it was a normal tooth decay but realized that it's wisdom tooth after x-ray and doctors explanation. All procedures completed in minutes compared my earlier experiences which are complicated , painful and longer. Appreciate Doctor Thea and team on their good work. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I was referred by a friend to Q&M on 11 Mar 2021. I am very fortunate that I had made the right decision to visit Q&M. Dr Sally is very professional and skillful, basically she is awesome. She did a crown for me after 2 visits, in which my other dentist at Bedok area that I had visited for the last 20 years told me that crown can't be done, too complicated the procedure, and I need a implant. Kudos to Dr Sally, I am grateful to you, you save my tooth. Vivian the receptionist was also doing a good job in organizing the crowd and patients' schedules. I am very happy with Q&M, especially to Dr Sally and her nurses. A big THANK YOU.

โ โ โ โ โ From receptionist to nurses to doctor, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Sally explained my options and didn't rush me to decide even though it was the last slot of the day. Did 1 extraction and 1 surgical removal, both for wisdom teeth. The surgery is bound to be a little scary but the reassuring staff made it far less so and the procedure was over really quickly. Everyone made the experience a positive one and I'm really grateful to all ?โค๏ธ big thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Nina is friendly, patient and attentive. She listened to all questions and answered them clearly. She explained all the procedures well....like a true professional.
Her assistant is also very polite and professional in her duties.
Sherry from Front Desk is also very friendly and patient and explained the itemised bill in sequence.
Had a very positive experience during the check-up there. Highly recommended to have dental check-up at this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor is nice and kind.
But there are many hidden fees. The staff knew that I was first time in Q&M. She said that the charge for scaling was around 80. At the time of payment, the fee is 140... She said 85 was not included consultation fees, one-time supplies and GST...
I think the staff should clearly state all the price before I seeing the doctor so that I donโt feel uncomfortable when paying.
