★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my wisdom teeth out here and Dr Yong and his team of staff were very polite and helpful. He called to check up on me after the surgery and gave very clear post-surgery care instructions. the surgery itself was painless and very quick. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment to remove all 4 wisdom teeth and i was SUPER nervous about the procedure.
Im thankful for the very friendly staff and the ever so skillful dentist at Q&M Bedok.
The whole procedure went on without a hitch and there was even a follow up call a couple days after to ask how i was.
Pleasantly surprised by the level of care and concern they have for their patients ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic because its near to my place and because of the reviews.
I am disappointed. I wasn't told whats about to happen. Its funny that i was brought to an xray room without telling me so until I realized it myself. I have to ask so I can get an answer otherwise the whole session is quiet. I was really surprised with my bill to amount to 105 within a span of less than 10min. It could have been better if there were explanations, what causes the issue, recommendations,etc.
Im working in customer service line and its my first time to go to a dentist here in SG. I am not sure if what I experienced is the "usual", but I just know for a fact that I am not satisfied with the service I got. I hope this will help someone who's about to go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having toothache and decided to call them to see if they have any free time slot and they did. Turns out it was my wisdom tooth and i decided to have it removed. The minor surgery only took less than 30 minutes and the doctor & assistants made sure that i was calm. I was really nervous as it was my first time removing wisdom tooth. The next day, the receptionist called to ask how am i doing. Overall, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always been afraid to go to the dentist - I must say phobia to see one! I had no choice but to finally surrender haha, when I knew something was not right. Dr Thea talked me through the issues and I had a gum treatment and wisdom tooth extraction done. I never had any good experience with dentist before, but Dr Thea made it a comforting and less painful experience for me. Thank you so much Dr Thea and team for their professionalism and good service! ??
Now I hope to take good care of my teeth! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have done my dental implant at Q&M Bedok Mall once in 2016 for my front tooth, it is successful one and the crown tooth is strong and durable so far in 2019. It should be able to last for many years to come without issues.
I have done another implant for my cracked first molar (last second tooth of mine as I don’t have wisdom tooth) also go well for first procedure. Remove the stitches today without any pain. Looking forward the installation of my molar crown 4 months later.
Tooth extraction fees was waived by generous Dr Thea for my two dental implants.
Scaling & polishing services provided by Dr Thea is also very professional and good.
Anesthetic injections are less painful by Dr Thea.
Tooth extraction operation is also well performed and executed without pain by Dr Thea.
I think Dr Thea should give me some discounts for my good comments :)

Special thanks to the Dentist and Nurses who had been tending to me throughout the journey. The procedure was smooth , painless and done within 30 minutes!! I will continue to support them and recommend my friends and family to visit this clinic.Kudos to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in early morning today and was lucky to have a slot for the afternoon. Did filling and it went very well. Led by Dr Thea Kim Wei and assistant JingHui (if I'm not wrong). Session went by fast and with no pain at all. Dr Thea was gentle and kind to explain everything. Felt very welcomed by them and also the receptionist lady. Generally a pleasant experience. Thank you for the pack of medical grade masks. Very thoughtful! ✨
I did came here last Dec for my wisdom tooth surgery and decayed cavity tooth removal. Was attended by Dr Thea Kim Wei also. Had to extract 3 ?s altogether and he made me calm and not anxious at all. Every step is well explained and the procedure went by fast. Really thankful for that. ?✔️
