I was also very impressed by lady boss Michelle's level of customer service, updating me every step of the way while I waited the afternoon for my car to be coated. Her attention to detail is also remarkable- such as pulling my cash card out upon handing my car back to me (so I don't get charged at the exit gantry), and passed me the parking coupon. I would definitely recommend Pristino to any of my friends/ relatives who are looking for a layer of coating/ a good car wash, etc, all at very affordable prices. Oh and btw, they have a super modern and chill waiting lounge, do check it out when you're there!

The products are great and her staff are well trained. Most recently, her staff accidentally used an experimental product on my car and when I picked up the car, I didn't even notice the difference. However, she called me next day and recall my car informing me the mistake the staff made. I bet other shops will just ignore it and pretend nothing happen. I do not mind driving back, as she had done a great job in polishing my car, plus my 2 old head lamps cover, which looks like brand new now. Keep up the good work, Michelle and Team :)

I met Michelle, who patiently explained to me the entire process to coat the car, debunked myths about ceramic coating and taught me how to upkeep the coating. Her team of professional workers started work on my car in no time. Michelle constantly updated me on the progress while I went to get lunch. She even brought to my attention stains which I did not notice before and removed them. Around 3pm I went to collect my car and I could see the difference in glossiness and texture of the car surface. To sum it up, I had a very pleasant experience with Pristino Werkz. Michelle's customer centric approach and friendly personality won me over. The High standard of work and eye for details made me a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them to all.
