β β β β β Someone from this company dropped a missed call on my work number - called back as i thought it might have been a client or community partner who needed social services assistance or is enquiring.
person answering phone then outed themselves as a private investigator's office.
Naturally i still needed to check and clarify in case if there is some misunderstanding and it actually is a needy client that required help which possibly prompted them to contact my workphone.
But the phone was passed to another guy that either has a hearing issue or was trying to fish out information and started asking for my personal details while RUDELY telling me not to ask him about which organization he is from when i tried to clarify.
Naturally i googled their number and viola!
FYI whoever is seeking their services.

They are really people who care for their clients. I have tried other PIs before and it was a nasty experience. Jeffrey and his team kept me updated on every step of the investigation, explained every situation and gave me relevant advice. Although my case is not completed, I am already very contented that Jeffrey has shown that he is working after collecting my payment.
I recommend everyone to speak to him before you decide on any PI firms.

β β β β β Please be careful of this agency. I used this agency and was totally disappointed. They are expensive and unprofessional. 5 days of surveillance lost 4.5 days. Not even a photo and was discovered by the target. I don't use my real name but just feel that I need to cautious other.
