Had been Wei Wei’s client for 8 years and counting, over these 8 years, never once i felt that her professionalism was being compromised in any other way, she will make sure that you were to look good upon leaving her studio, even weeks after the haircut/dyeing session, my hairstyle will still maintain as it is due to her meticulous attention in the haircut/ dyeing details. She takes pride in her work and that’s the reason that kept me going back to her repeatedly. Her studio is located near Redhill station, around 5-8 mins walking distance. Personally i love it! This is my go-to hairdresser salon for my hair, ever since my friend introduced to me about almost a decade ago. She's able to suggest hairstyles based on the head shape and hair type, which was really useful for me as i wanted to change my hairstyle from the secondary small boy look. She regularly attends courses on hairdressing to improve her techniques as well as knowledge of current or new trends so as to satisfy her customer's many changing palettes. Her head massage when washing of hair or when doing her hair/scalp treatment will help to relieve tension from sitting down on the soft and comfortable leatherback salon chairs. Sometimes i even fall asleep while waiting for the dye to sink in, as the salon really has a nice homely atmosphere to it. The place offers wifi for customers, usb charging cables of all sorts, and even small beverages like tea and coffee. If those drinks arnt to your preference, there's a small convenience store beside the hairdressing salon. The salon is barely a 5-10mins walk away from the Redhill MRT station located on the Green East West Line. With affordable prices and tons of benefits, i would definitely return here even for the next few years.

Best salon to go to for hair solutions! Been going to proconcept studios for a 12 years and wei wei (lead hair stylist) has always been consistent and effective in giving me the best styles, colours and treatments! On top of that she provides me with advices on how I can improve the condition of my hair constantly! 10/10 Service!

Just did digital curl (aka japanese curl) with hairstylist Weiwei and i LOVE IT! It was my first time doing a curl and i showed her pics of what i wanted and she managed to get the style i wanted. it was very helpful that i had photos as there are many types of curl. Weiwei was very friendly and even after the wash, she guided me on how to dry and maintain the curls. its obvious the hair would look its best after the saloonist finishes the work. but what people forget is AFTER the visit, if you dont know how to maintain, the outlook will just fade eventually. i really love her personality and professionalism! will return again for highlights soon. thanks weiwei!!

Knowing weiwei for 8 years, she is very professional doing hair styling, rebonding, colouring and etc works. No doubt for her expertise and her super friendly and cheerful personality. You can put ur hair on her good hands and she will definitely meet ur expectations. If possible, do make appointment with her before heading down to the shop to avoid waiting for too long ???

Weiwei, the hairstylist, she is my go-to hairstylist for more than a decade and there's no looking back. She gives frank and professional opinions, and the outcome is always good. She takes pride in all her services, be it hair cut, rebond, hair dye, hair treatments etc. The fact that friends and colleagues around me asked which hair salon i goes to, and in turn, they become her regulars as well. :) If there's one thing i need to advise, remember to call and make an appointment before going down else you may make a empty trip.
