โ โ โ โ โ Beware of this company. No reliability (uncontactable and never calls back), and poor quality of work done. After my waterproofing works done ($20k bill), I had to contact them for repair works average once every 6 months. And I always have to wait so long for their response and availability to send workers which take about one month from my date of fault report. This aside, the worst is no accountability. Use them at your own risk!

โ โ โ โ โ This company may not have the expertise to do proper waterproofing! I have to advise them what to do and where is the leakage! If you depend on them, they will quote for extensive unnecessary work! Anyway work done 2 years ago is still leaking. And they are in the blur on what to do and refused to honour the warranty! I have to get another contractor to do it. Avoid this company at all costs!

โ โ โ โ โ I have a bad experience with this company, He came and quote me a price for the ceiling leaking. After they open the ceiling, he quote me another price and stated it was another extra work. After the job done, the instant water heater is not working at all, and he blamed my old heater. He went to get new(first) instant heater and install it, then he blamed he get a defect heater. So he get me another new(second) heater and instal. Done? The water heater is not working at all. Regret engaging them. He argued that he solved the leaking issue but he run the pipe until the water heater is not working at all.
I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone.

Although they gave a 5 year warranty for the roof repair job, roof started leaking within 9 months after repairโฆ & I have to call countless time & even sent email before I got a reply.
After 1st repair not long, roof leak again! Same thing, response from the guy arranging schedule or supervise the job is super slow! Tried to follow up but he simply chose to ignore calls & textsโฆ.
Why canโt do a proper job to avoid all hassles ?

โ โ โ โ โ I have a very good experience with Stanley Hoi. Toilet Seepage problem was solved and he explained to us in details step by step what to expect after each test and later water proofing job . He is a very details person and patient man . Happy to recommend him to all my clients

โ โ โ โ โ My house was having undetected leaks. Several contractor came, repaired but unable to solve the ceiling leaks.
Finally Mr Stanley Hoi and his workers from Proof-Tech did several test and managed to identify source of leak. Mr Stanley explained the process of repair and quoted a price for me to decide on the repair job.
Very reasonable price for the massive job.
The leak was eventually solved and Mr Stanley made additional follow up visit to ensure the job was properly done.
Thank ypu ProofTech , Mr Stanley Hoi and his team of good workers.

โ โ โ โ โ Proof-tech is my go to company for house leakage issues and painting. The person to look for is Stanley. The first time I met him was when I had roof leakage issues. As it was a big project, we got a few quotations from various companies. We ended up choosing Prooftech because of Stanley. Stanley gives good service and advice. With him managing your project, you will feel confident that it will be done well. He even told the workers to treat my house as their own and give their best effort. He would take the trouble to mix the paint colour to make sure that the colour was as close to the original colour. When we realized that the workers had missed out painting a ledge after several months later, we called him. Immediately, he apologised and got his workers to complete the painting. He takes pride in his work. Highly recommended.
