โ โ โ โ โ Tried to purchase some remember collective hoots wheels. Turns out it was out of stock but the website had some technical issue showing that it was in stock. Wei Ming from Pumpanickel called me and offered an upgrade to the optimo wheels at no additional charge. If Iโm not wrong, only this company stocks remember collective products in Singapore. Thoroughly impressed with the service, definitely gained a loyal customer!
