β β β β β I started with F45 7 days ago and I have not missed a lesson. I enjoy the team workout where there is a good balance of progressing at your own pace, but there are also 2 instructors who will correct your form and adjust the exercise that will meet your fitness status. The instructors are friendly, encouraging and give good fitness advices. 45 mins of exercise daily makes me feel positive and more energetic throughout the day! Go for the trial and experience it yourself : )

β β β β β F45 - Fun and interesting workouts. You will be able to sweat it out and be stronger with the exercises and workout at F45. The coaches are well versed with knowledge to guide you and 'PUSH' you for more. Dont be worry if you are not that fit to do all those workout. There are many people like me as beginners.

β β β β β I love the sessions at F45 gym, there are Strength, Cardio, Resistance, celebrity and other classes to choose from. Timing is very flexible and it just easily fit into my busy schedule with options to cancel and book sessions. Unlike many classes I have been to before, this made me wants to keep attending more classes as it is not too hard for beginners and there are more advanced options too. Along the way I can notice improvements which is very motivating. Instructors are also very friendly and helpful.

β β β β β Been going to F45 Punggol Plaza on trial and itβs been great! Besides being 5 min walk away from my house which is a huge bonus, I like how we get different sets of exercises every day and coaches have also been encouraging and personal as they constantly fix your posture and push you to go heavier. Definitely recommend to anyone who stays around Punggol area and prefers to follow a fixed set of timed exercises rather than figuring out on your own!

β β β β β Not link to Coral edge LRT but situated within walking proximity to this mall. Nearly everything u can get from this neighborhood mall including a wet market found at the basement, elderly friendly.

β β β β β Punggol Plaza is a shopping mall located in Punggol, Singapore, near Coral Edge LRT station. The mall is the oldest and despite the mall was repainted recently and the foodcourt (Kou Fu), it is the mall first to be built in Punggol to cater to the needs of the residents. It is a small neighbouhoos Shopping Mall.
Educational areas like the CMA Metal Arithmetic
Centre, Mind Stretcher Learning Centre, Beijing Language School, Cristofori Music etc.
There is a foodcourt on Level 1 and NTUC supermarket on Level 4, The hair, beauty and health are also located on the same level 2.
Accessible to Travel by bus and MRT.

β β β β β A small but comfy mall, with lots of shops. Wish there was more to do then to buy things but for what it is, itβs quite nice having this here. Best for those further away from other malls like Waterway Point or Northshore Plaza. Overall, itβs good, but not that interesting besides that.

β β β β β Conveniently located next to Coral Edge LRT station. A good neighborhood mall. It gave us the Malaysia feeling when we visited here and we mean it in a very good way.
There's also a wet market and Korean Restaurant located in the basement.
