At age 35 and a father of 2 kids, while being overweight and out-of-shape, I finally realised that age was catching up on me. I've always struggled with my weight and disordered eating while growing up so when I hit my peak weight, I decided to seek personal training. Despite my interest in weight training, the overwhelming online content available had been intimidating, making me insecure and not know where to start; so this led me to engage Han's services. Right from the start, Han was very thorough and informative as he equipped me with higher confidence level, focusing on my own progress instead of making comparisons with others. The structure his programmes are also extremely easy to understand and empowering, especially for beginners like me. In addition, hormonal imbalances and irregular periods are major challenges but thankfully, Han is skilled in these fields and adapted my routines around my menstrual cycle. On a whole, I am completely rejuvenated, both mentally and physically. I came looking for Han with a variety of health issues due to my obesity. Weighing at around 98Kg at my heaviest, I was diagnosed with gout and my liver functions were sub optimal. My doctor suspected fatty liver and my cholesterol and triglycerides level were also quite high for my age. Perfect for beginners like me, Han is a professional, friendly and very patient personal trainer who takes extra effort to guide me through the various exercises and explains how they will help me in daily life. Through his workouts and nutritional guidance, my health improved greatly and lost a lot of fat. I also become stronger and more energetic and am able to play with my grandchildren. Booking of my workouts is also very flexible and there is no need to queue or wait for equipment. I love the privacy and cleanliness too.
