★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities and toys are ok considering their price. But the tiger station has been down for months. Little attention has been paid to safety and hygiene. No staff reminded us that kids below 5 should not use the spiral slider. When we saw the warning sign we’re already on top of the slider. And why were parents allowed to bring their water bottles in large tote bags, and milk tea and iced coffee to drink while kids were all running around? The kids were drinking too and even brought their cotton candy. I saw an older boy holding the sharp cotton candy stick and moving down the slider right behind a young boy. I’m concerned about safety and hygiene. So we won’t come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun experience first time going here with my son today. Went on a Thursday, at about 6pm, not so crowded. Paid $19.80 for 1 child + 1 accompanying adult for 1 hour. Friendly and very helpful staffs, can always see them walking around the play areas. Wish there are more claw machines. ? Play areas are clean and neat. Shall check out their other outlet(s) next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to have Kiztopia at Punggol. My son had a great time and enjoyed all the attractions. Raby mart , ball pit and slides were super fun. Play area is clean and maintained. Tiger station is under maintenance. Will visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is clean and not too crowded on weekday of school holiday. There are ball pit, slides, wooden beads pit and supermarket to keep the young kids entertained. More suitable for children 3-10years old, beyond that the kid may not be too interested in the stations. There’s a small cafe for the adults while waiting for the kids to be done with their play.
