β β β β β Very lousy. We reached at around 11.30am. Waited so long!! And the lady did NOT inform us in advance how long to wait. The numbering system is also not working. It's 12.58 now. And we are still here. Totally NOT recommended.

Why GP clinics are even suggesting this place when they are not bothered to pick up patients call???
Really annoying behavior by the clinic staff.

After my GP's clinic called this clinic to confirm whether the x-ray was covered by my insurance, I immediately went there, only to be told that their machine was down for that day and to come back 2 days later. Couldn't the receptionist have mentioned this important point during the call to save people's time, energy and money? When I got there, there weren't any patients and the receptionist was just lazily staring at her phone in her dark receptionist box, even taking a while to notice my presence.
2. When I came back a few days later, the same lady told me that my insurance doesn't cover the cost for the x-ray. I'm not sure if this was just a misunderstanding or she outright lied to my GP's receptionist just to bring in potential customers. The whole point of my GP's clinic calling them was to confirm this, which is why I'm leaning towards the latter.

β β β β β Very Rude Chinese lady staff. Gave wrong information on the phone. When I want to clarify with them when I was there l..the only Chinese lady staff that was there was quick to deny rudely she never talked to me. They asked stupid questions if I called the wrong number and I showed them the number she say itβs not their number and I called the number infront of them the phone ring! She kept quiet. I didnβt want to waste more time and went in for the online doctor consultation and X-rays. When I went in the X-ray room after they made me change, they made me wait in the X-ray room for long time as I can hear they gossiping and I had to go out and scolded them then they come in. Incompetent staff specifically the Chinese ladyβ¦bunch of liars too. Donβt ever go for X-ray to the Tampines branch ever as you will have bad experience. Just look at other reviews donβt take my word for it. I donβt know how their other branches are but I wonβt even go back to them ever.

β β β β β Prices are regular but the place is bare bones, no frills. Speed depends on your luck as the place is a walk in imaging clinic. Staff are not the most polite and just go about their work at their own pace. One of the few places in the area so you take what you get.
