★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude management staff! I talked to tone of the staffs named Chew (not sure if she gave the correct name) for a simple enquiry and got scolded instead. Even told me that I can complain about her! WOW! Previous management is way more accomodating. Really hard to live here because if you have any enquiries. They seem not really willing to help and doesn't want to be bothered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here at QBay residences. It’s a big residential complex that also has a lot of amenities. There are 7 swimming pools (3 of them very expansive and also a dedicate kids pool), 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, steam room, multiple cabanas with BBQ grilles and a multipurpose rooms. You get a lot more floor area at a cheaper rate than CBD. There’s places to eat and shop around and multiple MRT stations 3-10 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed a super low class condo with gangster guard that shout over intercom. Dare not walk out but just shout over intercom dog. Worst then a dog coward guard.
Got what kind of management will have what kind of guard. Whoever u behind the intercom shouting pls take note you are only a guard. Please educate yourself if you think you are tough step outside try shout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is apartment is probably one of the nicer one around Tampines area. This cozy modern tropical style apartment is well maintained and very convenient located in East side of Singapore. It’s about 15 minutes by taxi to Changi Airport and about 1ht bus ride away to Orchard. Aside from that, this apartment is well facilitated with well maintained public areas, spacious swimming pools , gym, bbq area, and even a gazebos that are available for rent. All staffs are very nice and helpful here. Definitely a gem to live in.
