Dr Jeffrey Aaron is very professional and patient in explaining my teeth condition to me. He is very attentive in how I feel throughout the entire clean and polish process. Will come back again. Staff are also very friendly. Good service.

I was greeted by friendly staffs and attended by Dr Jeffrey for scaling and polishing then filling. Dr is very caring, will point out what kind of care that is required for daily dental care. Dr is great in reassuring me as a patient, explaining great details too before after after procedure! Dental assistants are friendly. Would recommend this branch! The nurses and doctors are very friendly! was very worried for my wisdom tooth removal but Dr Jeffrey Aaron was very patient and calming me down throughout the process.☺️☺️

As one of the newer dental places in the neighbourhood that opened last year (I think), I decided to go for long super overdue scaling and polishing. Had my appointment at 4.45pm on 2nd March, and I was greeted by the receptionist who was very courteous, and I had to fill in the health questionnaire form. After completing it, I was escorted into the room where my dentist was Dr Nina. Not knowing what to expect after not going to the dentist for quite some time, I was a little nervous, but Dr Nina patiently reassured me that everything was okay. She did an initial consultation, told me what is needed to be done and also the cost of the procedure before she started. It was a little painful but thats my fault I guess because I did not go for my regular maintenance. What I like about Dr Nina (and also the assistant!) is her ethics and professionalism. There were some additional things such as checking of a decayed area and she will let me know the cost and consulted me if I wanted to proceed. Of course, she did tell me the consequences but even when I declined, she DID NOT hardsell me at all and even told me that in future, when I go for further check up, she can check again since it was mild. The whole procedure was smooth going with occasional periods where there were some breaks in between to rinse my mouth and so on. She even will ask if it hurts and ask me to bear with it a while. I definitely will return again to see Dr Nina for future dental treatments. Thank you and hope you stay in this neighbourhood area for a long time to come! :)

I got severe tooth pain in the late morning and got it extracted by Dr Jeffrey by noon. Faster than expected. My case : Called @1140 hrs for walk in, arrived @ 1155 hrs & settled by 1215 hrs (if there is vacancy). 100 % Recommended = admission, x-ray, being explained and advised clearly before the process of extraction. 2x Injections was Not as painful and within few mins the whole process done without any hassle. I always support the neighbourhood business since we both need each other.

My hubby's friend recommended us to try since it's newly opened. And since it's long overdue for a cleaning and polishing, my hub and I booked an appointment together. Was served by Dr Nina and she was great! I like it that she's very detailed and she will let me know the things she will do before proceeding. In between she will also check if everything is okay or if I'm in pain. I feel I'm in safe hands especially you know visiting a dentist is not what normal people would like to do. Have already booked the next appointment 6 months later!

Had lower wisdom teeth surgery by Dr Nina and it was an overall great experience! Dr Nina was very patient and attentive throughout the session. Recovery went well, didn't feel much pain post-surgery. The dental assistants/ receptionist were nice too! Would return again and recommend the clinic to others.
