S	Syejin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, no clear instructions given by doctor. One of the nurse staff was rude and close my records without passing me the doc notes. Luckily the other nurse staff saw me sitting before closing and attended to me.
w	wx shuy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for an Arrival test for VTL. Very badly managed, no structured processes in place. Saw another review 3 weeks ago about this being kelam kabut, and Q&M responded saying they will improve. It is still kelam kabut. There was a “queue” in place, but disregarded. Reached the registration counter and they didn’t even check or register anything and told me to go into a small crowded room, which also had no proper queue. The person handling the swab seemed quite irritated, but I wouldn’t blame him as some in the queue didn’t have the proper documentations, and had to go to and fro the small room and the registration counter multiple times. This could have been avoided during the registration. Overall not a good experience.
C	Claire G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our VTL day three test here. The guy couldn’t have been less interested. We asked if we needed to wait for the result, he assured us they would be sent to us. We never received the result, and instead received a phone call and email from the Singapore government saying we had not done the test. We had to come all the way back here (30 mins out of our way) to receive proof of our test. Go elsewhere - totally incompetent.

I am going to write a petition to ihp to remove this clinic from a panel clinic because of their service and I will be escalating this issue to the higher management. Everytime I visit the clinic, receptionist will b showing their attitude.. Ps- doctors are Kind though and it's because of the front desk people this clinic is getting a bad reputation.
a	alice thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to get an appointment at the medical at the clinic at Q& M at City Square , we were told by the receptionist there to come back at 2pm although it was only 10 mins or so before the indicated time . She was rude in her tone . Later when we came back at about 1.58 pm there was a long queue already there and we had to wait for a long time to get an appointment. It was not clear whether the queue was for doctor’s appointment or a swab test. All at the queue seemed restless as we had to wait for quite sometime to register . Moreover she seemed to be having a long & loud conversation on the phone with someone which was irritating and inconsiderate. Moreover we were told to scan a QR code when we got to the counter when enquired about it she raised her tone to give an answer . So rude & unsuitable to be at the reception counter . She should be given training on hospitality before allowing her to resume her duties .
P	Praise Poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my ART community swab there. But they clearly mixed up the results. I am having running nose, fever and cough , AND have tested positive on my own ART kit. Yet, they still said said my result is negative. So I did another ART test at home and the result is still positive. obviously they have confused the results.

First time, the medical staff said since I did it at home, ask me to do the swab myself.( Was really surprised by it) Second time(14march), was tested positive by home kit. so I booked online since I was under health risk notice too. This time a lady did it, but she did not go deep at all. So surprisingly, the test came out negative and was updated on my trace together. I tested positive when I tested again upon reaching home. All the high fever n sore throat symptoms are there. How grave would it be for a health care provider to provide misdiagnosis based on unprofessional staff, especially in times of COVID? Kindly review if you could provide professional and experienced medical staff as a swab test center for MOH to be listed as one. Apparently I'm not the only one from the other reviews.
K	KM G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a PCR test here (VTL purpose) at Farrer Park for the time slot 1030 to 11am. The clinics is obviously unprepared and everything was a bit kelang kabut.. the long queue was almost not moving at all for 1 hour plus.. the staff were also kind of clueless about the situation... Not recommended if you are in a rush to get tested
