★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adamantlly sticked to the house rules with no concessions for old folk of 80 year old lady to be in the priority q. And insist her to be in the q in the shop after returning to the shop 1 hour later. Extremely Poor attitude and service. The old lady hairdresser said bluntly no priorities to anyone.
Please consider working on flexibility for pioneer generation citizen especially on wheelchair.
Dissapionted customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited various QB House outlet at the city area, Century Square and Nex since they have opened. Not recommended to visit this outlet, unless you don’t mind having poor service and uneven hair cut for the next month.
The staff at Tampines hub is one of the worst. Especially the male hair stylist with no hair.
He will argue back with the customer when asked to cut the top part shorter and simply cut a hole in the middle without cutting the the surrounding part. They are more keen to quickly finish cutting the customers’ hair to move on to next customer when the queue is long and not able to focus well. The management should consider increasing more manpower as Tampines hub outlet is always crowded especially on weekday after office hours. Especially since they have closed the Century Square outlet recently and diverted all the customers to Tampines hub outlet.
