β β β β β It was my first time at JasonSally and Iβll definitely be back!! The staff and services are great, particularly Wikky. She is a senior stylist there and she is so good and professional, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. Wikky is easy to talk to and not pushy. She did a great job with my haircut. I really love it! Itβs the best haircut Iβve had in years and I have tried at least 5 other salons over the past 4 years. I will come back again to JasonSally for sure!

β β β β β Went to this outlet a few weeks back. Rachel and Wikky were competent, professional and friendly; they gave extra tips on haircare and the absence of hard selling was much appreciated. Have been to other hijab-friendly hair salons in Singapore but this was the best experience by far, especially in terms of cut.

Iβve been getting very good service from one hairdresser name Jonny. Would recommend anyone to book a slot with him. Very good and experienced hairdresser. He will give exactly the style you ask for. Iβve been going there for almost 3 months now and will always continue to go there.

She is able to to tell me abt my recent hair loss, subsequent hair growth, build on my previous haircut and enhance it, making it more lively and manageable. She has plenty of styling tips and haircare tips and shares them generously without me asking. She is definitely my go-to stylist from now on.

β β β β β 1st time coming here to do my hair and Wikky was my hairstylist. She asked me to trust her in the Color and cut and I reluctantly agreed. She didnβt even show my a Color list to choose from lol! But glad I trusted her with her βvisionβ cos the Color and cut turned out exactly how I wanted. Thanks Wikky!

β β β β β Terribly disappointing. Not kids friendly even though there is a hair cut service for kids. Got brushed off by uninterested and impatient staff. Walked in and asked the lady at counter if they could do a hair cut for my 2 year old, as we did not have an appointment. She then assigned a staff who was busy colouring the hair for her colleague, we were willing to wait for her to be done so we began prepping our child to make it easy for the staff when she do the service. Continued waiting before the staff finally came over but seeing that my child was still not ready and almost breaking down, she left the shop altogether after saying her colleague would do the cutting. However, the colleague was uninterested and completely ignored us but then curtly insisted to service her customer who has arrived after us. When I asked if she is not keen to accept walk in, she did not reply but sulked and told her customer she "had to" attend to us first, got up and unwillingly walk over. She yelled at someone who was seated at the far end of the store away from the view. Her unpleasantness just scare my child further who then cried. I could have soothe my child for the hair cut but its not worthy to do so for a staff who is so unwilling.
Fine, you can always prioritise your regular customer who made appointment but if you're not keen on taking a walk in customer, just tell us from the beginning, or put a god damn sign to communicate it clearly. It could have save our time and effort. We're not forcing them to cut. So the lady at the counter also left shortly after. She was missing throughout the exchange with the hair dressers. We have gotten better service elsewhere from barbers and hairdressers who were pleasant, friendly, assuring and good with kids. Its horrible experience over here.
Footnote: Reviews for the other kids salon has been done by my husband, in case anyone who has free time is interested to check past comments.
