Uneven hair length & simply cut away my long fringe when I told the auntie several times that I wanted to keep it long. She kept making all kinds of excuses until I gave up & gonna go to another better hair salon to "repair" the damage. Whoever wanted to take the risk can try at causeway point.

Received a solid 2-Block haircut from Edwin. Very detailed and confident hairdresser. Hoping to get the next haircut from him!

happy with the service and haircut. fast and efficient, nothing fancy for $12. The person who served me was quite professional. Really pleased because it’s always hit or miss when it comes to these sort of places. But given the high rating this particular outlet has, its pretty safe to get your haircut here!

Overall service was alright , but the lady who serve me on the 4 of October 2021 , around 11.15 am was stationed at the chair near cashier , have no idea where she is rushing to .she seems to be doing her job hastily , when done with my haircut , she followed up the hairwash , she used the hairbrush with too much strength and twice she brush it on my left eye , hopefully the service can be improve .

Got my hair cut from a guy. Was very satisfied with the outcome of his service. However he is distracted by other walk-in customers while cutting previous customer’s hair (people who are in front of me) and my hair. It is not so professional to just walk away while cutting a customer’s hair halfway because it might affect the quality of the service. But overall he’s great!

Had a cut today at woodlands square premium cut by your relief stylist Tommy Liang (originally stationed at vivocity) who displayed excellent skills and professional service plus advice. Great job done. Very meticulous and patient. Thumbs up ?? ????????

Extreme disappointment from a recent experience at this shop in Causeway Point, Singapore. I have been visiting this shop for over 20 times and have always leave as a satisfied customer. However, my recent experience has proven to be otherwise. I arrived at this shop in Causeway Point at 9:07pm SGT on Friday, 6 November 2020 and was attended to hairstylist Alan Chong. I was extremely disguised by the unprofessionalism and the lack of skills and attention to details by Alan. I have explicitly informed Alan that I have a birthmark on the left side of my head and to take extra care prior to the start of the haircut. However, I was met with my worst nightmare at the end of my haircut session. My hair was unnecessarily trimmed to extreme length and it thereby entirely exposed my birthmark. Without making the situation better and considering the severity of the emotional and psychological conditions at that point in time, Alan originally said there was nothing wrong about it and later continued to lament that my hair would grow back. This extremely unpleasant encounter has led me to lose complete trust and confidence in the skills and service standards of QB.
