L	Lac Winnie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited after reading all the good reviews. The experience didn’t disappoint me. First of all, this place is clean, and housekeeping is good. Good customer service provided by Carlos and Tracy. Good skills, detailed and friendly throughout though they had to end work late because my hair took longer than expected time to react to the chemical. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks also to Neil for checking out on me though i was not his customer. Very good team atmosphere even among the different hairdressers.

Chanced upon Vintage Studio, the surrounding of the salon looks really clean and welcoming. We were first introduced to the different types of hair services by Lesley, and decided to try it out. As I have natural curl, I tend to be quite cautious and fearful with my haircuts, however I have to say Lesley did a good job in changing this experience and I'm very happy with how it turned out at the end. He also chose a nice colour for my highlights to go with an everyday look! Overall, a really happy experience, and plus point, their hair wash/massage was great too!

JC was very gentle when washing my hair, he made sure that I'm comfortable, meaning he brought me a blanket so I won't get cold, made sure the water wasn't too hot when washing my hair, and also made sure that he wasn't too rough when massaging my scalp when doing treatments. He also educated me about the importance of taking care of my hair and scalp and recommended the necessary and important hair and scalp care products for me especially after dying my hair. Neil was very professional, he was fast and efficient with his work. He also made sure that I was comfortable when bleaching, dying and washing my hair. All in all, the whole experience in this salon was very nice, I was super comfortable and I felt really relaxed as well.

Builds rapport with her client by respecting their feelings and making sure that they are heard and concerns or questions answered before she works on your hair. She is not pushy, refrains from hard-selling, friendly and does her best to understand her clients need and respects their wishes,and there staff feel friendly with welcome, good job

They both suggested very helpful tips in taking care of my hair. They also recommended some products for my hair which is very helpful for someone like me who don’t know anything about hair. Haha. Kudos to this fun and happy team! Will definitely come back!
