I was there before 12nn. When I came they only have 1 staff who's attending to another client. She talk to me and ask what i want, so i showed her my card for brow threading. 10secs later another client came, she talked to her then she asked her to seat first then ask me to seat (how nice!). After that, 2nd staff came but do nothing! The first staff thenn attend to the person who came after me, so i was unattended. The 2nd staff came inside look at me and rolled eye on me (W@F!). SO I'VE WAITED,until i talked to her. I told her i came first, but you never attend to me. I talked to her coz i cant wait any longer, she keep on offering the lady with a lot of services. Then she attend to me after 30mins! SERVICES SO F$@#%D UP!

DO NOT GO unless you want to empty your wallet. I had went there for SGD10 eyebrow threading but ended up spending hundreds of dollars because they made me feel I am at their mercy. They drew one side of my eyebrow like a crayon shin chan’s eyebrow and the other side they drew the most expensive embroidery style. I didn’t want to proceed but they refuse to clean up my eyebrows for me. I sat there for 3hrs with them “pressuring” me to do the most expensive embroidery. I was so tired of staying there any longer and simply just agree with what they say and proceed with the most expensive embroidery. Which I can tell you their skills are the worst. Both my eyebrows are not looking equal now! While I’m there, there was another victim - a grandma. She refuse to sign their package, but they took the money from her wallet and issue her a receipt. I don’t think she knows what she had just purchased.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BEAUTY RELATED SERVICES. Beautician tried to pressure my mum to use more services when she did not need it. Hardselling all the way. Initially my mum only wanted to fill gaps in her eyebrows. Ended up paying for more services such as pedicures and removing oil particles. She even tried to push for eyebrow embroidery that costs 600bucks when my mum doesn't need it. After my mum rejected her sales, the beautician used excessive force when filling the gaps in her eyebrows. It was so painful that my mum cried. Furthermore, she made my mum complete her payment before she did the eyebrow filling.
