Impressed by the great team spirit of the company, with professionalism and sincerity. From onsite presentations, sales, admin that send quote / bills / etc, training (onsite or remote) and support line - each touchpoint amazed me.
Thanks Reuben for his patience in answering all technical questions before we confirm the order. Thanks Reuben & Yvonne for assisting us in applying the grant and submitting the claims for grant. Thanks Paul for his training (love his product knowledge and patience). Each time I called, if the technical support line is busy, your colleague will make a effort to take down my number and get someone to call me - after sales service is good. And of course, other than a great team, you have a user friendly software design even for non-HR users like us. This software has great potential, well designed allowing for rooms for improvement. I had gathered feedback from my colleague who implemented the software, she favours your software and services. And the users who use your software / apps so far are happy too.

β β β β β Reuben gave a demo, disclosed the price, explained the grants. It was all great and exciting until he disappeared into thin air after the demo. He said he would contact me for the next steps but never did. Why waste my time with the demo if you guys arenβt interested to close a deal ??ββοΈ it has been 3 weeks since the demo

β β β β β Have purchase the system with Quick Hr and their Photo recognition device. Claiming with the grant has face challenges and up till now still not solve yet. Most importantly the support is bad compare to other system that i have use...no direct help given and have to wait till about 1 week before they respond. Only respond to email faster and they dont have direct help chat. Training is also brief so dont recommend for those not IT suvvy. Arrange meeting with me and never turn up wasting my time and i have to call their office to find out why.
