★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lid hole was already opened resulting in all the drink getting spilled.
Also, the cup's lid designed is flawed. If you hold the drink with your hands a little tightly, a lid will come out instantly. Try it yourself if you don't believe it.
Flawed design, bad experience. Need to get the basics right.

Overall, the teas are mediocre bought from them as it is near my workplace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly amend your working hours on google please. I came at 8:50pm, your cashier just idling behind the counter tell me closed already. I know the time because now got trace-together app to check. Drinks not bad but also not fantastic when open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, not the best boba bubble tea around. But was introduced to their citrousy tea, Citrous Power, which was lovely. Not expensive either. Gets the job done if you're just looking for something sweet, especially after lunch or in between classes (or sending kids to class).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally love their Brown Sugar Boba Milk w/ Cheese Brûlée.
You get warm and qq Boba pearls soak in brown sugary goodness with milk and cheese cream on top. A sweet indulgent treat worth the calories.
Love the drink however I didn't really like the attitude of the girl taking ordering. She kept on asking if I was done ordering.
