They sell show quality rabbit. Though the price is a bit higher than usual pet shops in malls, the rabbits look better too. They also sell a wide variety of food, vitamin, hays and toys for rabbit. It's a one stop shop for rabbit care. Oh they do grooming too.

The staff is very friendly and nice. They had a large variety of rabbits. They explained to us the difference between rabbits in details. And we were able to hold rabbits and play with them before we decided which rabbit yo purchase.

I am giving 2 stars based on my bunny grooming experience over the past few times at RHQ. Although we requested for fur to be cut as short as possible, they repeatedly didn't cut the shortest. In the past, they used to cut really short and it took a longer time for the fur to grow back. However the past few times they just don't want to cut short and we personally cut it further when we return home. I believe, commercially, RHQ just wants its customers to return more often with the fur needing to be cut more often as well. We're trying our best to not return to RHQ. Furthermore our visit today was unpleasant as we had to wait for 2 hours though we followed the appointment time given. They said the long waiting time was due to them having to cut the long fur, and that our bunny's poo was dirty. We know that our bunny is clean and just couldn't buy their reasoning. Other private groomers usually take photos of our bunny before and after grooming. RHQ maybe can follow this transparency.

Bought my first pet rabbit from there. Great staff, although there feels a certain sales push from them. Don’t jump to get the hay/pallets from them as suggested (claim/sales push from them: “we’ve been feeding him this hay/pallets...”) - I along with others with bunnies from RHQ have observed that our rabbits prefer other brands that were bought from pet lovers centre e.g. oxbow. If your bunny prefers to eat their old pallets/hay you can always get it again the next day. But if you’ve already bought your own like pallets/alfalfa hay, you may want to stick to your current supplies. Premium pet quality Holland lops are very very pricey. Some may even go up to $900+ Show quality rabbits go up to $1000+

There are least 6 staff standing around chatting than assisting or allowing you to view the Bunny. When you asked, was told appointment only and there are others in the queue! Staff seems to look down on you if you didn't dress up, as if you cannot afford to buy one. ?

Really happy to have found this place where everything was professionally handled. Initially, I was abit sceptical looking at some of the past reviews but I'm glad that I came to RHQ which was a right choice. Special mention to Junyuan and Alfin! Bought a beautiful Netherland Dwarf and the full set up of her playpan. Keep up the great service! Importantly the care and love for these adorable rabbits! Would strongly recommend RHQ. This is our first rabbit and great experience!!!

Not a bad place to go visit over the weekend with your family. Grooming prices are decent. But sales lady attitude has to improve. Wanted to have a look and see rabbits before buying she gave me the attitude as soon as she knew I was “just looking around first” Another incident was the customer service is very bad. Not friendly and accommodating to requests. I feel you can get better grooming services elsewhere that is cheaper. Do not be fooled that just because they are so called “Award Winning” means they are good. Service sucks and quality not up to standards
