Nice place to shop for my dogs' needs

Pretty good selection and friendly staff

Feels like any normal staff can be a supervisor in this outlet. Really not professional because she and her 2 other staff gathered around me for my issue and make me feel like a show. She did not introduce herself as a supervisor. Did not ask me how can she help me , just join in the 'fun'. In the end she did not put in effort to try and help me with my issue , she just say stuff implying is not their fault and they can't help lol.

Small shop but have the essentials, best to call up and check if looking for specific items before going over.

The staff in this store very helpful and they groom the dog patiently I like their service and the environment is good Is convenient for me also

Disclaimer: This review is more on product quality, nothing against the shop/people in general. Bought two stainless steel dog bowls from PLC at Serangoon Garden on 14th Nov under the shop assistant’s advice in anticipation of my dog’s arrival on 17th. Used for only 1 day and the rubber started becoming loose and dropping out, making noise every time we use it. Brought them back to the shop for an exchange and was told by an Eileen Chua that they cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene issues. Asked her to speak to her shop manager Mrs Kam and they insisted I write in to customer service. Such poor quality items should be taken off the shelves entirely instead of letting customers buy and then disallowing a refund/exchange when feedback on quality is given. Refrain from buying these bowls, people.

I have been using their grooming service for my schnauzer for many years. Despite having increased their charges over the years, I have still stuck to their service as I find their groomer suited to my dog’s style. However, was informed by the groomer that the management has decided to raised the charges by more than 25%. I can understand the price increase over the years but the quantum is too much to be justified. Having tried to reach out to their feedback team has proved unsuccessful. I really don’t think they are serious with customer’s feedback. Shall take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been sending my cat for grooming at PLC for the longest time and all was good but this is NOT a lion cut!!! Tried to call and ask for a fix or refund but no response and the groomer ran off (probably after seeing what a bad job she’s done?!). Just a warning to everyone that they’ve changed groomers and the new one is horrible!!!!!
