Pets' Station (Serangoon Gardens) - 16 Maju Ave

Animal lovers , please reconsider if you wish to continue buying from this pet supplier is not only this branch. They have recently recalled a dog food - Sportmix . This product has taken the lives of >70 dogs in US. Is dog lives at stake and when i called them and brushing off with a statement on they have done what they could by announcing it on social media. I am a direct and loyal and regular customer for the past year through their website and yet they dont have the courtesy to call and inform us stop feeding our dogs with this dog food. The personnel did not even apologise when i received my first call back . Saying that they have done what they could based on AVA's policies which is the bare minimal and when we talking about dog lives here! Is this unethical? Knowing how many dog lives are at stake. Is not their fault that the product is toxic but when they are aware of the devastating news happening elsewhere yet they didn't do their best by calling their DIRECT customer when they have our email, phone and address to inform us. The excuse they give is they did inform those customers who used "phone call orders" which they termed it as HOME DELIVERY PLATFORM?? but not online orders (AM I NOT HOME DELIVERY CUSTOMER?) Can you imagine feeding your beloved furbbs harmful stuff and not aware of it. Please share with your dog and cat friends who consume this product and inform them to stop feeding if they are still aware of the news. Sadly my 4 dogs have consumed this product since 15/1/21 till 6/3/21 and getting checkups for all 4. Is serious news and please share.

This is not a one star review , this is a ZERO review! My dog died suddenly around two months after I bought it from Pet’s Station. The doctor highly suspected that it was due to congenital brain abnormalities. Please do not buy a dog in this pet store!!!!!

Kate, Chantelle and Mika were extremely helpful, approachable, and friendly. This made the purchase of my puppy an easy and reassuring experience. Would recommend!

Awesome experience! Found my fur child, buddy here! Kate was great in communicating and was obliging when I had to make changes to my appointment timings. She was patient and obliging during the viewing and was very gentle with the animals. She genuinely wanted to ensure both me and buddy were well matched and cared both for both our welfares. The after-care was also great, with Kate checking in to make sure we were both doing ok, and gave great advise on how to manage buddy to be an independent and well adjusted doggo. Highly recommended, please look for Kate!

Surprised to see a slew of bad reviews. Our experience in getting a puppy with Pets' Station was amazing; we've visited other pet shops before returning, and realized that Pets' Station is more credible and actually cares for your dog. 1. Accountability - they were very prompt in showing and explaining the pup's vaccination cert. Other shops we visited were either reluctant to show and explain or simply redirected the conversation to another non-critical issue. Post-purchase, Kate initiated to keep in touch with my wife so she can check in on our puppy. We sensed that they're genuinely interested to make sure that the puppy settles properly. What impressed us was the puppy's diet; Pets' Station puts him on a raw diet. That made our lives a whole lot easier knowing that the puppy is healthy and has no pre-existing allergy to certain meats. 2. Genuine care - we observed that the staff are genuinely interested in caring for the puppy that we viewed. Gentle reminders were given on how to handle the puppy, like, "Oh, be careful not to put pressure on the tummy because he just ate." They also recommended the appropriate food, grooming tools, accessories, etc. Naturally, it might feel a bit salesy, but when they heard that we've already owned some items, they don't even try to push their way through. The shop staff made us feel like we've been acquainted for a long time, and we really appreciate that. 3. Quality of life (for puppy) - we felt that the shop has really good energy; the staff are very positive, the shop is fully air-conditioned (both shopping and kennel), and we noticed that the puppy looks great when we met him (must be the raw diet). He does come with a luxating patella (Grade 1) but they are quick to explain and advise on the Do's and Don'ts. All in all, it was a positive experience from start to end. Thanks to Kate and team for the great work. We'll try to bring Mochi back often!

Went for a quick grocery run for my pets and I found feline gourmet a steal deal today. Shop assistant was really nice and helpful, will come back soon

Got my pup after visiting the store. Kate was really helpful in helping me settle my pup at home. She also checked in on us after we left the store. The pups are definitely well taken care from their raw diet looking at the quality of their fur. Kate also recommended that we visit the vet the following day to get him checked. He came with a clean bill of health only slight cough which was resolved after taking cough syrup. The pups all come with 3x vaccinations and kennel cough which gave me the assurance before bringing him home.
